Reduction of water consumption and wastewater production. We are aware of the environmental problems that the Table Olive production sector faces so, Global Olive, thanks to continuous research and industrial experience, has changed  traditional production systems to reduce water consumption and waste volume and processing times. During the production of “seville style" green olives we reduce water consumption and generated waste by 60% without affecting the organoleptic properties of the fruit. Likewise, during the production of “Californian style" oxidised black olives we reduce water consumption and generated waste by up to 60%, reducing process time by 24 hours from filling oxidation tanks to packaging (ask for more information).

New processes. Aware of the need for the olive industry to offer new and ever more natural products, Global Olive has developed a new production system for  natural black olives. This new system means we can achieve a final colour similar to the “Californian style” whilst being able to mechanise the process, for stoning-slicing machines as well as filling machines (ask for more information).
